How to request deletion

1. Email support@ladstv.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line Account deletion request.
2. Include your account email and full name so we can verify the request.
3. We will confirm receipt within one business day and complete deletion within 30 days, unless a longer statutory retention period applies.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymize personal data tied to that account, including:

• Profile and contact details (name, email, phone where provided)
• Login credentials and authentication identifiers
• Uploaded ad creatives and campaign settings that are no longer required
• Screen listings and related owner profile fields (for screen-owner accounts)

What may be retained

Some records may be kept where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, for example:

• Transaction, invoicing, and tax records (statutory retention periods)
• Records needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our terms
• Aggregated analytics that no longer identify you

Delete some data without closing your account

To request deletion or correction of specific personal data while keeping your account, email support@ladstv.com and describe what you want removed. We will handle the request under applicable data protection law (including GDPR).
